TERMS OF SERVICE

ORDERING:

• Order form should be detailed to avoid confusion.
• With visual references, make sure they are detailed.  More than one link or reference would be very helpful (character sheets, color swatches, etc.)
• If you wish me to create your OC’s (original character’s) look and/or outfit, please be sure to send a detailed bio and description.
• After I have calculated the final price of your commission, I will send you a note or email, including fees and shipping (If applicable.).
• Any time after reopening commissions, I reserve the right to increase my prices.

PAYMENTS:

• I will send you a pay request through PayPal.
• I will NOT negotiate my prices.  Any one who tries will be ignored.
• All orders must be paid for up front.  I will start on your commission once the payment is received.
• If I do not hear back from you within 48 hours after the payment request has been sent, you forfeit your commission slot.
• If your slot has been forfeited, but still remains open, you may reorder.

COMMISSION PROCESS:

• WIP (Work in Progress) will be emailed to you for approval and will include a watermark.
• The commissions will be completed in the order they are received and/or paid for.
• Sketches, Linearts and Chibis will be finished within one to two week’s time (Not including shipping time).  All other artwork depends on complexity and detail required to finish.  I will let you know if I require more time to finish your commission.
• Extra time might be taken due to health and family issues.  I will notify all commissioners if this is the case.
• Digital commissions will be emailed two files; the PSD (Including all layers.) and PNG files (watermark free).
• Traditional commissions receive original sketch/lineart/colored piece and it will be shipped to commissioner’s address in an envelope, sandwiched between chipboard, and inserted in a cellophane bag, therefore the commissioner will pay for shipping.
• If you are under the age of 18 and request a traditional commission and wish it to be shipped to you, PLEASE ask approval from your parents first before commissioning me.
• If commission does not wish the traditional commission to be shipped, I will scan the commission at high resolution (300 dpi) for best quality.

SHIPPING:

• Shipping will just be to the US only for now.  (Just until I figure out shipping prices.)
• Commissions will be sent through USPS

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:

• Two (2) FREE small changes will be made.  (Different eye color, different eye shape, skirt instead of pants, etc.)
• Let me know on the order form if you may want to make changes.
• Any more than two (2) changes, you may be subject to an additional $5.00 fee per change.
• If a major change (redrawing of the character, recoloring, etc.) you will be charged a fee of half of the commission price.
• If providing a detailed description, rather than a reference picture, it allows me artistic merit to create/recreate your character.  (It will be my interpretation of the character(s) look as described, not necessarily your vision.)

COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY:

• I hold copyright to the finished artwork, not the commissioner, unless stated otherwise.
• The commission may only be used by me and the commissioner.
• You may do whatever you would like with your commission for personal use only.  Please link to and give me credit.  DO NOT SELL, redistribute or change my artwork in any way without my permission.
• I have the right to use the commission to promote myself by:  Posting it online (Namely deviantART, PaigeeWorld, other social media etc.), and/or displaying it IRL (In real life.)  I will of course give you credit.
• If you wish your commission to remain private (Not posted online or IRL), please state so on your order form.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

• I have the right to cancel or refund your commission at any time.
• You have no right to cancel or demand a refund, under any circumstances after the payment has been received.
• If you have not yet paid or sent the payment for the commission, you may cancel it at any time.

UPDATE: Thank you all for participating!  I'd just like to let those who requested know that it will take me a little while to finish your chibis.  Please be patient with me. 

I'm in the mood to draw something cute.  How about CHIBIS!?

I am offering 5 FREE chibis to the first 5 deviants who respond to this journal.  Unlike the 10 Free Sketches, these will be fully COLORED digitally.

The requests are open to all, except for those who had requested one of my free sketches.  Then after a week, those who had requested something of me previously will be allowed to request a chibi if all spots have not already been claimed.

I will however, need a little more time with these requests since they are so time consuming (namely the digitizing).

There is a catch though, whoever requests tell your friends about your cute little chibi. I'd really appreciate it.
